Penelope Przekop, MSQA, RQAP-GCP is a Quality Systems Engineer and GXP Quality Assurance/ Systems & Compliance Consultant who brings more than 25 years of industry experience to CLINEXEL. She is the CEO of PDC Pharma Strategy (A division of PDC, LLC), a company that develops and executes GCP and PV risk-based strategies that support comprehensive global regulatory compliance throughout the drug development process and product lifecycle. She has consulted with numerous top 100 pharma and biotech companies and is often sought out for her broad and deep PV and quality systems experience both from an operational and quality assurance perspective. She is the former Director of Global PV Quality Management, Johnson & Johnson and Senior Director, Quality Assurance and Training, Theradex Systems. She has also held leadership positions at Wyeth, Novartis, and Covance as well as interim VP-level quality and compliance roles as a consultant. Ms. Przekop earned a BS degree in Biology from Louisiana State University and an MS degree in Quality Systems Engineering from Kennesaw State University. She’s also a graduate of the J&J/Smith College Customized Program for Women’s Leadership and the Rutgers University Senior Leadership Program for Professional Women. She’s the author of Six Sigma for Business Excellence (McGraw-Hill) and frequently writes, speaks, mentors, and delivers training on industry quality and compliance topics.
